Andrew Tobert (E1 - Shoreditch)
About the Therapist
I have a background in social and environmental activism and this informs my work as a therapist. I work across all genders and sexualities and we'll work together on what you need to be able to show up fully in the therapy room. This is how, over time, we can create a moment in your week in which you feel safe to go deeper and process what has so far remained hidden.

I am an integrative, relational therapist. I work with a number of different ways of doing therapy and tend to bob-and-weave between them depending on what you need. And I believe that the relationship between you and I matters. Evidence shows that the effectiveness of therapy correlates to the strength of the relationship between client and therapist. But more than that, I think client-therapist relationships can often mirror other relationships in the client's life. That's an invitation to be curious about us. We can bring ourselves more fully into the space.
