I tend to work relationally - I believe that our relationship, you and I, can often act as a cipher to understand what might be happening in other areas of your life. Experience and approach:

I am an integrative, relational therapist, which means a few things. Integrative means that I have worked with a number of different ways of doing therapy and tend to bob-and-weave between them depending on the direction and needs of the client. Relational means that I believe that the relationship between you and I matters. Evidence shows that the effectiveness of therapy correlates to the strength of the relationship between client and therapist. But more than that, I think client-therapist relationships can often mirror other relationships in the client's life. That's an invitation to be curious about us. We can bring ourselves more fully into the space.
