Angel Chi
About the Therapist
I am an experienced therapist and coach with a passion for supporting sensitive and introspective people on journeys of healing, empowerment, and self-discovery.
My work has been featured in outlets such as The Guardian, BBC Radio London, and The Mirror, and I am also an author and media contributor. Alongside one-to-one therapeutic work, I offer workshops and integrative approaches that support clients in reconnecting with their authentic selves, exploring identity, and cultivating balance and meaning in everyday life.
I describe my approach as alchemical, a compassionate and reflective process of transforming pain, life experience, and challenge into insight, resilience, and purpose.
I am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ clients, where diversity of identity, experience, and expression is welcomed and respected.
My work is grounded in the belief that deep healing occurs when clients feel safe, seen, and able to explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion. Where appropriate, I may draw on holistic or symbolic frameworks to support reflection and personal transformation, always guided by the client’s needs and boundaries.
Outside of my therapeutic work, creativity plays an important role in my life. I’m involved in a range of artistic and creative projects, and I value creativity as a powerful way of exploring expression, identity, and personal transformation. My own journey of reinvention continues to inform my belief that change and growth are possible at any stage of life.

I have over 14 years’ experience working in private practice, as well as within the prison service and drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.
My approach is integrative and compassionate, supporting clients to reconnect with their authentic selves, explore identity, and recognise sensitivity as a meaningful strength rather than a weakness. I work collaboratively and at your pace, offering a safe, confidential, and affirming space to gently explore your inner world, relationships, and lived experience.
Our work together is grounded in respect, trust, and curiosity, with a focus on deep personal insight, healing, and sustainable change.
Where appropriate, I may draw on holistic or body-based approaches, always guided by your needs and preferences.
