About the Therapist
I'm a person-centred therapist, which means I will almost never tell you what to do, but I'll stay alongside you through whatever your process brings. My work engages with the imagery and metaphor which emerge as we explore your world, and because I believe wounds experienced in human connections can only be healed in human connections, I place the unique therapeutic relationship between us at the very centre of our work together.
I'm human too, and my therapy work is rooted in the fractured experiences of my own life. As a queer, neurodivergent blind person, I have been seen as alien or somehow the wrong shape for the world around me. If you choose to come to my therapy practice, there won't be a mould for you to force yourself into - all the vibrant, quiet, questioning, certain, hurting and joyful parts of you are welcome.
As well as a therapist, I'm a musician, a collector of words, a lover of stories and wild spaces. In different ways, all these things have shaped the work I do.

I'm a relational person-centred therapist, integrating creative, embodied, and ecotherapeutic approaches into my work depending on your needs. I have particular experience working with survivors of complex trauma, many of whom have also been neurodivergent.

I offer a free 20-minute clarity call in which we can get to know each other and see if we both feel we could work well together. Following this, I offer sessions on a sliding scape, with £60/session being my standard fee. By paying this amount, you will be upporting me to continue offering inclusive rates to others. However, it's really important to me that therapy should be accessible to everyone who needs it, so I also offer sessions at £40, £20, and have a small number of further reduced or voluntary slots.
