My approach is psychodynamic and relational. Together we explore not only what you are experiencing, but the emotional and relational patterns that keep it repeating, including what emerges within the therapeutic relationship itself.

I aim to be steady, thoughtful and psychologically attentive in my work, offering honest reflection rather than reassurance alone.

Over time, this can support greater self-understanding, stronger boundaries, and a more stable sense of self, often alongside a reduction in shame and the sense that something might be wrong with you.

Experience and approach:

My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which focuses on how early relationships, attachment and unconscious patterns influence your present feelings, sexuality and relationships. Rather than only managing symptoms, we explore the deeper roots of anxiety, self-doubt and emotional difficulties to support lasting change. I trained over four years with Gloucestershire Counselling Services (BACP-accredited) and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, working within their Ethical Framework. Alongside my counselling training, I bring previous experience as a nutritionist and lived experience of sex work, which informs my sensitivity to body image, control, boundaries, intimacy, stigma and survival strategies.
