About the Therapist
In therapy, we'll work to uncover what's blocking you from where you want to be. I welcome any tricky, messy stuff; you don’t need to have it all figured out.

My main training is in psychosynthesis counselling with the Psychosynthesis Trust. I also bring in learnings from psychodynamic, gestalt, internal family systems, and person-centered psychology.
Additionally, I completed a continued professional development workshop in working with sexual trauma.
Where appropriate, I bring in Somatic Experiencing (SE). This is a trauma-led practice and involves working with your nervous system to come back to a place of safety. I have completed the first of three years in SE training with the SOSI.
I'm experienced at working with different mental health issues, and I previously worked in charities and the NHS. This means I am used to working with complexity and a mix of presenting issues.
I regularly undergo further training to strengthen my practice, too.

I understand that therapy is an investment and want to keep it as affordable as I can. My fee is £60 for people who are currently unemployed, £70 for part-time employment, and £80 for full-time employment. This varies depending on other factors (e.g., owning property, considerable savings, etc.).
