Cameron McNee
About the Therapist
Hi, I’m Cameron, my approach is warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative. I see therapy as offering a supportive space to untangle the experiences you may be struggling with at your own pace. Together, we’ll gently identify patterns that might be keeping you stuck, thoughtfully consider past experiences, and tap into your existing wisdom. From here, we can experiment with new possibilities that align more closely with the life you want today.
Much of my work supports adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, past trauma, or a general sense of feeling stuck. I bring a professional background in media and creative fields, alongside extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients. These threads have helped shape a practice that is anti-oppressive, queer-affirming, and grounded in compassion and care. I have particular experience supporting those exploring minoritised experiences of gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity.
