About the Therapist
Within my counselling practice I offer a warm, confidential and person-centered approach that welcomes individuals of all ages, genders, sexualities, races, and backgrounds.
My journey into counselling was inspired by my own experience as a client. I understand the apprehension that can come with seeking support. Central to my approach is the cultivation of a meaningful relationship between us. I believe we as human beings thrive when we feel understood and connected to. Through this relationship we can unfold and explore our full potential. If you're contemplating whether I am the right counsellor for you, please use my contact details below in whichever way suits you. I am committed to responding promptly, and together, we can explore your needs.

I am proud to work with a charity in Peterborough that supports families with children that have additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions. I have helped people with ongoing support in difficult circumstances, deal with diagnosis and acceptance of neurodivergence, in particular ADHD, dealing with loss, relationship difficulties, shame, isolation, chronic illness, health conditions and more.
I have worked within colleges helping young people manage issues such as anxiety, stress, anger problems, depression, low self-esteem, LGBTQ+ counselling and gender identity questions, bereavement, family issues, sexual abuse, loneliness, general worries, low mood, eating disorders, self-harm, coping mechanisms among many others.
I have experience working online both privately and with an affirming and sex positive global agency supporting people who do sex work.
