A humanistic and integrative coach-therapist providing a safe, warm and compassionate space for those having experienced abandonment, betrayal, injustice and rejection. This can leave us with little-to-no confidence and self-esteem, masked in despair, confusion and self-blame (just to name a few). My own personal and professional journey has influenced my approach to support those individuals looking to heal from such traumas of abandonment, betrayal, injustice and rejection, have their voice heard, feel understood and seek some form of relief from the grief.
