Hi I’m Mel. I’m an Integrative counsellor working online via Zoom. My specialist areas are in domestic abuse (and also in eating disorders, please see my other profile). I can help explore anger, shame, violent behaviour, abuse, coercive control, manipulation, narcissism, and more – for those who have perpetrated or have been a victim of these behaviours. I have worked on perpetrator programmes in group settings and 1:1, and utilise these experiences in my counselling work with individuals who would like to understand and change their behaviours.
