I offer face-to-face therapy for individuals and couples from my practice in central Edinburgh. I support LGBTQ+ clients in exploring identity, healing from past experiences, navigating anxiety or feeling stuck. I also work with couples wanting to rebuild trust, strengthen connection, or move through challenges together. Whether you’re seeking personal growth or support in your relationship, I offer a calm and non-judgemental space to explore what’s going on—at your pace. I am a fully qualified queer therapist using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion focused therapy (CFT), and mindfulness techniques. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where we can explore whatever difficulties you are facing with curiosity and compassion. I specialise in eating disorders (including ARFID, bulimia, anorexia and binge eating), body image concerns, anxiety, panic and agoraphobia, and provide LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy. My approach is evidence-based, combining research-backed methods with clinical experience and your individual needs. My work is trauma-informed and focuses on understanding what has happened to you, rather than what is “wrong” with you.
I have a specialise and have extensive experience in working with clients who identify as male who are or have been victims of Domestic Abuse. I working with clients who want to counselling for Anxiety, Chemsex issues, Depression, LGBTQIA+ issues, Relationship issues. I work Sunday through to Friday, appointments are available from 1pm until 9pm. I am based in Edinburgh (Scotland) and have experience of working with clients online across Europe, the Middle and Far East.
