I am a counsellor working online. I also provide counselling from rooms in Holborn/Chancery Lane and Hackney. The largest part of my work is with Queer / LGBTQ+ clients, and I have previously worked with two LGBTQ+ organisations (Switchboard and East London Out Project). I have had additional specialist training from Gendered Intelligence and Pink Therapy. My core training is in humanistic counselling so I am trained in a range of approaches, but primarily practice using gestalt therapy. I am committed to a trans-affirming, queer-affirming, anti-racist approach.
I can help with sex problems (including erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, sex addiction / sexual compulsions, and problematic pornography use / porn addiction), trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, adjusting to a physical health condition, relationship issues, stress, sexuality, men’s issues, lgbtq+ counselling and more.
As a queer therapist who is involved in non-monogamous and kink spaces, I can help you explore these parts of your life in a safe and non-judgmental place. I understand and appreciate the struggles (and joys!) of queerness, polyamory and kink. I am committed to creating a safe a nurturing environment for my clients. I also understand that choosing the right counsellor can be difficult, so it’s important to make sure you feel comfortable and like we would work well together. That’s why, if you decide we’re not a good fit, you don’t have to pay for the first session.
