I’m a qualified therapist working online, supporting adults facing anxiety, depression and low mood, anger, bereavement, low self-esteem, racism and discrimination, complex trauma, stress and sex and relationship problems – and I’m confident that, together, we can find a way forward.               I identify as a gay man.                                                                                             

I provide a confidential, ethical and identity-affirming therapy service for adults and young people, and transparent clinical supervision service for trainee and qualified counsellors, therapists and psychologists. As a therapist, I help people who want to understand themselves better, people who want to process traumatic experiences, navigate difficult feelings, experiences and identity crises, build healthier self-esteem, and to feel more themselves again – whatever that may mean for each person. To do so, I tailor my practice to my clients’ unique circumstances and draw on over 5 years of experience as an integrative therapist.            

I am a UKCP accredited and BACP registered therapist.I work with adults from all walks of life, all genders and all sexual and relationship diversities. Living can be a challenge.
