The Holistic Clinic offers LGBTQI+-affirming therapy for anxiety, stress, and confidence issues. We specialise in HypnoCBT — a powerful combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and clinical hypnotherapy that delivers faster, deeper results than talk therapy alone. As members of the LGBTQI+ community ourselves, we understand minority stress, identity challenges, and the exhaustion of navigating spaces not designed for you. You won’t need to explain your experience — we get it. We offer sessions in London and online across the UK and internationally. Free 15-minute consultations available.

I hold a Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Clinical Supervision and bring to my supervisory work the same culturally responsive, relational approach that underpins my clinical practice. As a supervisor, I offer a supportive and collaborative space for trainees, counsellors and psychotherapists to examine their practice, deepen their understanding, and cultivate a confident professional identity. I believe effective supervision is a journey of shared inquiry, a space to reflect on the nuances of client work, navigate ethical considerations, and attend to the broader contexts that shape our practice. Our sessions will provide a confidential space to sit with challenges, celebrate

Hi I’m David. I work in-person in Hackney and online with a broad range of clients, each with unique reasons for seeking therapy.   I provide therapy tailored to you specifically, based on what you need from the space and from me.

I am a UKCP-registered integrative psychotherapist working with adults and couples. I welcome LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients and people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Collaboratively we’ll work together to create a more fulfilling life, where you can grow and evolve. My approach is designed to provide an environment in which you feel at ease, I see building a good therapeutic relationship as key, you need trust and confidence in order to share the

I offer a compassionate and reflective space where
