Sometimes we might feel that things are just getting too much, or we want to look at something specific which is bothering us. Since the corona crisis we needed to adapt to a new “normal”. Feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, anxious, worn out, depressed and stressed are just some of the many ways we might react to what is happening around us and within us. Looking for help is not a sign of defeat, not now and not ever.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor offering LGBTQIA+ affirming psychotherapy and counselling to adults. I offer a calm, confidential, and affirming space where you do not need to explain or justify who you are. Therapy is shaped collaboratively and at a pace that feels manageable.
