I work with individuals and couples—whether in monogamous or non-monogamous relationships—and specialise in relationship issues, grief and loss, and navigating life changes.

I’m a queer non-binary therapist working online across the UK from my home in north east England. My practice is informed by lived experience of queerness, neurodiversity, disability and the mental health system. This includes personal experience of therapy that has been deeply helpful, practices that have caused harm, and many spaces in between. I’m autistic and was diagnosed as an adult, so I have a particular interest in working with late-diagnosed, self-diagnosed and questioning non-neurotypical people. I know how much it can matter to work with someone who understands masking, sensory needs, burnout and the pressure to seem ‘normal’,

They may be on a pathway to discovering that things felt more difficult earlier in life because they are neurodivergent and/or queer, and are now working towards self understanding through these lenses.
