I’m Maria (she/her) – an intersectional queer, neurodivergent (ADHD), disabled, fat and polyam woman. I’m a BACP-registered integrative therapist working with children, young people and adults.  My focus is on offering a compassionate, accepting, empathic, nonjudgmental space that is radically focused on you. I offer in person sessions in Brighton & Hove and online sessions for humans elsewhere. I believe that: You were born good and innocent. You are not broken and you don’t need fixing. You deserve love and belonging. You have the power to change.

Hi! I’m Ro (they/them). To me, therapy is all about the relationship we form. I believe that we all have our own inner wisdom which can guide us – even if we need some help getting in touch with it. I work in a way which prioritises creating a relationship that feels safe enough for you to experiment with allowing more of yourself to be met, known, and responded to, so that together we can explore whatever challenges you want to bring to therapy.
