Reaching out can be the hardest step, however you don’t have to face life’s difficulties alone. I can offer a safe and non-judgmental space for us to explore what is troubling you.   Some of the issues I have experience working with are:   depression   anxiety   gender/ sexuality   relationship issues   self-esteem    social isolation  

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapeutic counsellor working in Brighton and Hove and online. I believe we all need different things from therapy, at different stages of life, which is why I work integratively, addressing the cognitive, emotional, embodied, and relational aspects of each client’s experience.
