I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with over twenty years experience specialising in Psychodynamic therapy. I work with young people, adults and couples. I work collaboratively with clients to understand the origins of their difficulties/issues and how its affecting their lives in the present. I endeavour to create a nurturing, containing, non-judgemental space where my clients feel safe, supported, grounded, listened to and understood. This level of acceptance enables my clients to work on inner conflicts and achieve a deeper self-understanding and promote a more creative, rewarding and fulfilling life, that they deserve.
