We all possess the capacity to self-heal, but sometimes these resources within us become blocked. In a safe and supportive relationship we can start to become aware of what might be restricting us, start to remove these barriers, and allow our own resources and strengths to emerge.

Hello, I’m Zuzi, a queer-centred and trauma informed therapist. My approach is holistic, which means I will be curious about your whole life; from your inner world, to the people that surround you and the structures you exist in.  Whether you know what it is that is causing you distress or you just feel lost and anxious and you don’t know why, I believe you have the answers within you and it is my role is to support you to find your way back to your inner wisdom, self belief and joy. I offer sessions in nature and online. 

I am a registered HCPC & BADth dramatherapist. I work across the UK and Italy with queer communities. I offer individual and group therapy, supervision, and consultancy. I describe myself as a citizen of the world, learning how to walk gently on Earth. My work brings together queer culture and eco response-ability with a soulful perspective. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors; walking, meditating, and expressing myself through creative languages.

 I have a longstanding private practice based in North East London ( Clapton). My specialist interests are developmental trauma, relationality, gender, sexuality, shame, couples work and psychosexual issues. I worked as a therapist and assessor for the East London Out Project (ELOP). I also have experience running groups within the NHS. I am currently training as a group psychotherapist.

Hello, I’m Rachael. I’m an LGBTQ-identified Person-centred Psychotherapist (UKCP Registered) with ten years experience of working with clients. I have extensively worked with LGBTQIA+ clients exploring their life experiences, sexuality and gender identities as well as working with clients who identify as asexual/ace. I have experience of working with clients who have wished to work with an LGBTQ-identified therapist to discuss life experiences not necessarily connected with their gender or sexuality.

I am a counsellor working from rooms in Hackney City Farm and in Holborn. I also provide counselling online.The largest part of my work is with Queer / LGBTQ+ clients, and I have previously worked with two LGBTQ+ organisations (Switchboard and East London Out Project). My core training is in humanistic counselling so I am trained in a range of approaches, but primarily practice using gestalt therapy. I’m an Integrative therapist because I don’t think one size fits all. Maybe because of my journey trying to navigate multiple labels of nationality, sexuality and gender that feel limiting, I am passionate about offering a space that is free from limiting expectations. As we get to know each other I will bring different tools and together we can figure out what works for you.
