I am passionate about providing a culturally sensitive therapy space for diverse folk who fall outside of normative cisgender, heterosexual norms, as I do. I want therapy to be a space where you can explore your gender and sexual identities as much or as little as you need to, alongside any other issues and feelings that are drawing you to seek support.

Sometimes we might feel that things are just getting too much, or we want to look at something specific which is bothering us. The corona crisis seems to have come to an end, yet it might still feel overwhelming for many people. Our regular way of life suddenly changed and we needed to adapt to the new “normal”. Feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, anxious, worn out, depressed and stressed are just some of the many ways we might react to what is happening around us and within us. Looking for help is not a sign of defeat, not now and not ever.

As an Integrative Relational Psychotherapist my work is grounded is the feminist principles of equality, empowerment, intersectionality and social justice.  During the last 13 years I have worked in women only and LGBTQIA+ spaces providing individual counselling to people who have experienced domestic abuse, childhood sexual abuse, emotional neglect and trauma.  I have extensive experience working with bereavement and loss having worked as a Counsellor in a Bereavement service for many years.   I tailor my theoretical knowledge, clinical experience and therapeutic skills to find a collaborative way of working with you in order to identify the heart of the
