Hello! I am based online and in South and East London – I provide LGBTQ+ therapy and counselling for those who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, queer, questioning, polyamorous, kink, ace etc. I offer short or long term individual therapy for adults and my work is queer positive, sex affirming, collaborative and fluid. I work primarily with individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, however, this is not exclusively. My approach to therapeutic work is within an open and non judgemental mindset.

Making the decision to have therapy isn’t always easy. I offer a warm, accepting space to come and explore different parts of yourself. To make sense of what’s going on in your life, with others and within yourself. I work with you as an individual and the differences that make you unique. I am a qualified humanistic therapist offering face to face sessions in Brixton and London Bridge. I also offer online sessions.

What would you like to talk about today? It’s a common enough starting point in counselling sessions, but it is rarely a question with an easy answer. I offer sessions at Brixton, London Bridge and via Google Meet, offering short-term and long-term counselling, and offer a free half-hour initial appointment.

Hi. I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and supervisor registered with UKCP. I offer supportive, collaborative supervision to qualified therapists and trainees. I have a background as a creative and many years’ experience of working in mental health. Before training as a therapist I worked within mental health advocacy, including in psychiatric settings. I draw on my mental health experience as a supervisor, as well as my creativity. I define as lesbian, gay and/or queer. I’m cis-gendered, white; middle class with varied experience of privilege. I have lived in London all my life and love the diversity of this city.
