I’m Rachel, a sex and relationship therapist based in London. I am queer, kinky, and non-monogamous and my pronouns are she/they. I specialise in working with other people who, like myself, identify as gender, sexuality or relationship diverse (GSRD) – basically anyone who sits outside of the ‘norm’ that society dictates. Whether you are kinky, polyamorous, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, or otherwise feel as though you don’t quite fit in, I’m here to help you. I’m Mike (he/him), an LGBTQIA+ affirmative counsellor and psychotherapist based in Grove Park, Lewisham, South East London. As a gay man who grew up in Asia and now lives in London, my practice draws from both Eastern and Western philosophies, shaped by cultural transition and navigating identity across different worlds.
