I’m a UKCP registered Psychotherapist with over eighteen years’ experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life changes, grief and trauma. Therapy with me offers a space to speak openly about what you’re going through. To recognize that the challenges, questions, and uncertainties you’re facing are a natural part of life. Exploring them together with curiosity and care, while also developing strategies and tools to support you, can lead to greater insight and a deeper sense of ease within yourself.

I offer individual as well as group and couple/relationship sessions in both English and German.

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist and my approach to therapy has been informed by both person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, alongside attention to what our bodies might hold and can tell us. This means that as well as recognising you as the expert on your own experiences, we may look back at some of your early and family history and how those relationships may be influencing what is happening for you in the present.

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist based in north London, with specific interest and experience of working with the LGBTQ+ community.  I work face to face, online via Zoom and on the telephone. Whatever challenges you are facing, I offer an inclusive, non-judgmental and safe space to share your thoughts and feelings and will support you to work through the issues you want to explore.

I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist and counsellor (UKCP / MBACP). I have experience working with addiction, anxiety, bereavement, depression, identity, relationships and sex, and much more. Located in Fleet Street EC4Y, Abbey Wood SE2 and Brockley SE4, £85-125 per 50-minute session, for in-person counselling & psychotherapy. There is disabled access. I deliver online when necessary. I also offer low-cost relational-embodied supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists — both in training and post-qualification as a trainee in the Diploma in Integrative Supervision at the Minster Centre (accredited by UKCP).
