Hi I’m Daniel (He/Him). I’m a counsellor who provides support for people that are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety and grief. I work with people seeking support with difficult life decisions and challenges in their relationships. Often people attend because they are feeling ‘stuck’; finding themselves arriving at the same place, despite trying really hard to change. Perhaps they are drinking, shopping or eating to cope or escape. The sex and relationships they’re having has stopped feeling safe or fulfilling. They’re doing things to ‘feel better’ while avoiding people, places or decisions due to fear or shame.

I understand the decision to seek counselling can, in itself, be a difficult one. The many challenges of navigating life often result in difficult feelings. Perhaps you have tried other approaches to improving your mental health and still feel there is something missing, issues unspoken or unexplored. I am here to help you to make space for a healing therapeutic relationship, to assist in recognising the impact of past experiences and their continuing effect on your quality of life. Together, we can work towards your goals and desired outcome, at a pace that suits you.

I’m a trans woman and I trained as a therapeutic counsellor because our community deserves help they can trust. We’ve all experienced having to explain ourselves to non-LGBTQ+ people who just don’t ‘get it’. I believe everyone deserves a therapist who understands them without judgement.

My approach is friendly and confidential and I have over 15 years experience with LGBTQ+ adults around; anxiety, stress, poor self-image, low mood, navigating sex, low self-esteem, loss of motivation, self-doubt and finding purpose. I am an Integrative Therapist providing time-limited and open-ended counselling to individuals (18+) online and in-person in North London. I offer a supportive, affirming space for you to explore and understand your experiences and feelings, and navigate a way forward that feels right for you. My practice is client-centred, collaborative and trauma-informed. I work with a wide range of issues with a particular focus on relationships, identity exploration, life transitions and trauma.

Hi I’m David. I work in-person in London Fields and online with a broad range of clients, each with unique reasons for seeking therapy. I provide therapy tailored to you specifically, based on what you need from the space and from me.

Making the decision to have therapy isn’t always easy. I offer a warm, accepting space to come and explore different parts of yourself. To make sense of what’s going on in your life, with others and within yourself. I work with you as an individual and the differences that make you unique. I am a qualified humanistic therapist offering face to face sessions in Brixton and London Bridge. I also offer online sessions.

I am BACP Accredited Psychodynamic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (PgDip), Accredited Specialist Sexual Violence Therapist, and Certified Relationship Therapist (COSRT Level 5), working online, via Zoom, with individuals and couples throughout the UK. I integrate Jungian, mindfulness, body-psychotherapy and somatic trauma approaches into my clinical work, drawing from more than eight years of therapeutic experience in private practice, community and specialist mental health settings. I am sensitive to the interplay between wider societal context with mental and emotional wellbeing, and my practice is affirming of individuals and relationships across the spectrum of gender, sexuality and relationship diversity.
