I’m a Person Centred Therapist and Counsellor with varied experience working therapeutically with adults.   Good therapy is built on the relationship between client and therapist.  I focus on listening to your story, your concerns and the self you want to share with me in order to offer you a non-judgemental and constructive space.  I feel passionately about offering therapy that is person-centred which means that I follow your lead whilst focusing on providing a nurturing environment for you to feel empathised with, understood and held as you work towards a deeper sense of yourself and place of healing.  

I am a qualified psychotherapist and accredited coach with many years experience in substance misuse and recovery. I am Head of Clinical Supervision in the specialty addiction charity, Controlling Chemsex and so have particular expertise and experience in providing Chemsex or PnP support for gay men and other men who have sex with men (MSM), and with the main chemsex drugs, crystal meth (tina or t), GHB, and mephedrone among others.

I grew up in northern Italy, spending much of my youth searching for identity and belonging. As a gay man, I understand the complexity of navigating sexuality, shame and self-acceptance within family and cultural expectations. Drawn to literature, philosophy and spirituality, I became comfortable with life’s deeper questions without dogma. Before training in Psychosynthesis counselling in London, I worked in luxury interior design, where discretion and sensitivity were essential. Today, I offer a calm, confidential space for LGBTQ+ clients to explore identity, relationships and life transitions with authenticity, courage and self-compassion.

I’m a queer psychosexual and relationship therapist, clinical sexologist and mindfulness teacher working with individuals, couples/thruples, young people and groups. I work in private practice in central London, Peckham and online and am an associate therapist with the Thought House Partnership. I have a long-standing interest in queer issues and gender, sexual and relationship diversity, both as an academic and a clinician, and am passionate about helping LGBTQ+ people  enjoy better mental health and more fulfilling sex and  relationships.
