It’s 2a.m. and you’ve woken up again. You’re in pain, frustrated, angry, and feel totally alone. You want to talk with someone who won’t judge you but wonder how you could trust someone enough to do so. None of your friends understand. Anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loneliness all feel too familiar. I work with people who experience chronic illness (diagnosed and not) and who feel misunderstood and alone.
