I am a queer psychotherapist specialising in gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity. I work with adults and older adolescents who are LGBTQIA+/gender non-conforming, or questioning their identities. I also specialise in trauma recovery, and treating healthcare professionals. I work from multiple affirming perspectives, including Health at Every Size, neurodivergence affirming, disability affirming, and fat-positive perspectives. My therapeutic approach is trauma-sensitive, empowering, attentive to culture, informed by historically marginalised communities, and includes evidence-based approaches. I am trained in and provide Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) for treating trauma, including childhood, sexual, relationship, and discrimination based traumas.
