Hello, I have enjoyed working as a Clinical Psychologist with adults since 1999 and have gained experience of working effectively with people with a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, including anxiety, anger, mood difficulties, difficulties relating to ourselves and other people, trauma of all kinds, chronic illness and eating difficulties. I have an Advanced Specialist Diploma in Gender, Sex & Relationship Psychotherapy from Pink Therapy, and a special interest in, working therapeutically with gender diverse (trans), sexuality diversity and those who belong to the kink or poly community (kink aware).

I am an experienced and qualified counsellor. I offer therapy in a supportive but challenging environment to encourage exploration and understanding of your personal issues. I am based in Norwich (NR7), in Norfolk but I also work online. Where possible I like to meet for an initial assessment in person. I am particularly experienced in dealing with the following: Depression  Anxiety  Trauma and recovery including sexual abuse as a child or adult  LGBT and sexuality Relationship diversity
