I am a psychodynamic therapist based in London and Brighton. My practice is rooted in curiosity about how early experiences, culture and relationships shape the way you see yourself and others today. I have a particular interest in working with people who feel out of place, caught between cultures, or marginalised in their families, communities or wider society. Together, we can explore ways to greater self-understanding and more fulfilling connections with others.

I am a trans woman, and a relational psychodynamic therapist based in East London. I work with all kinds of people, but specialise in issues related to queer/trans identity, non-normative relationships, neurodivergence, sex work, and oppression.

I support adults experiencing chronic depression, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, early trauma, sexual trauma, bereavement, workplace stress, bullying, burnout, low confidence and self-esteem, and challenges with emotional regulation, as well as those experiencing major life transitions. I am committed to being LGBTQI+ and GSRD affirmative, offering a supportive space to explore the challenges that can arise from living in a heteronormative world. ​I hold a Clinical Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counselling from the Metanoia Institute and practise in accordance with the UKCP Code of Ethics.

My name is Lorna (she/they) and I’m a Person Centred counsellor based in Gloucestershire. I am diagnosed Autistic and (combined) ADHD and I am also poly, Queer, perimenopausal and increasingly witchy (these things are almost certainly all linked). I offer remote (phone/video) and face to face sessions in Gloucester and Stroud, specialising in working with neurodivergent people and GSRD (Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity). I also have experience working with identity disorders.
