I’m a qualified and registered psychodynamic therapist, holding a Master’s in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck College, a rigorous three-year training programme. While my initial training was with the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their ethical guidelines and code of practice.  I’m deeply committed to helping people with a wide range of issues, especially those related to gender, sexuality, and relationships. I’m a trans woman and I trained as a therapeutic counsellor because our community deserves help they can trust. We’ve all experienced having to explain ourselves to non-LGBTQ+ people who just don’t ‘get it’. I believe everyone deserves a therapist who understands them without judgement.
