I am a qualified psychotherapist and accredited coach with many years experience in substance misuse and recovery. I am Head of Clinical Supervision in the specialty addiction charity, Controlling Chemsex and so have particular expertise and experience in providing Chemsex or PnP support for gay men and other men who have sex with men (MSM), and with the main chemsex drugs, crystal meth (tina or t), GHB, and mephedrone among others.

Life can feel overwhelming and stressful sometimes. It can also just suck. I can offer you a space to talk about what you’re struggling with. I hope that you’ll feel heard and seen, without feeling judged. Together, we can explore what’s going on for you in your life right now, the ups and downs of your childhood, or your joys and fears for your future. I work with queer people particularly and activists, and those affected by stress, burnout and insomnia.  

My identity is non-binary and queer. As a therapist I aim to provide a safe and welcoming space for those identifying as LGBTQIA+ who may have been negatively impacted by experiences of homophobia/transphobia, stigma, discrimination, social isolation, exclusion and rejection to name a few. In our work together I will offer tools of compassionate enquiry for you to explore your feelings, face past traumas and develop more self-acceptance. For 10 years I lived in a Buddhist Monastery and practiced daily meditation as well as embodied mindfulness, which informs and supports my therapeutic work.
