I’m an experienced psychotherapist specialising in supporting people in intimate relationships, in all the forms they take. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for the many ways we connect, love, and navigate challenges together. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked for many years as a midwife, a role that deeply shaped the way I understand early relational experiences and the impact they can have across our lives. That work continues to influence my therapeutic lens, particularly around attachment, identity, early trauma, and the transitions involved in growing families. .
