I am a BACP Accredited counsellor/psychotherapist and have been practising as an integrative counsellor since 2007. I am also a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and COSRT registered Psychosexual Therapist. I also supervise other therapists and train/supervise trainee therapists. Why me… what makes me different? I am a Psychosexual (Sex) and Relationship Therapist with additional training in Sex Addiction Counselling for compulsive sexual behaviour, but I also work effectively with issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and trauma, as my original training was in counselling, psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also have training in EMDR.
