By choosing to work with me, we can create a safe and warm space for exploring your challenges, honouring the joy of being human, and examining some of your ways of relating to yourself and others that no longer feel adaptive.I see both individuals and couples for in-person counselling in Hove as well as online. I offer short-term (6-12 sessions typically), and open-ended counselling and typically see clients weekly.
