Couple Therapist in London / Online
About the Therapist
As a couple therapist, there's nothing quite like witnessing a couple who've lost their way find their way back to each other.
I love creating a safe space where they can reconnect on a deeper level and rebuild their love.
When couples come into my office, it's clear they're hurting. My job is to create a safe space where they can both feel heard and understood.
I start by setting some basic ground rules, like taking turns talking and really listening to each other. This helps calm things down and lets us focus on the real issues.
From there, it's about giving them the tools to understand each other's perspectives. Sometimes that means challenging them a bit, asking those tough questions we all avoid. But it's always done with the goal of bringing them closer together.

Sessions for couples differ slightly from 1:1 sessions. I will take a more direct approach, and we will do some exercises in the room as well as homework for you.
A successful relationship is an incredible but continuously developing machine, and it requires constant work!
If you want absolute control, total trust, and total happiness, you should remain single.
