I qualified as a Drama & Movement Therapist in 2003, and I have been practising for 20 + years. I started working with young people with learning disabilities and who were on the autism spectrum and many other additional needs namely OCD, ADHD, ODD etc. Over the years, I specialised my therapy work with young people who have been impacted by childhood sexual abuse and domestic violence.
I started my private practice with adults and young people and have practising since 2014. Since qualifying as a couple's therapist in 2021, I also see couples who do not fit the hetero-normative framework and would like to use their relationship as a place where they can expand their sense of who they are and how they can free themselves of the past.

Experience and approach:
My couple's work is underpinned by Jungian theory and Depth Psychology and influenced by the tantric and shamanic training i have had with my teacher John Hawkens.
The approach I use is transpersonal and also is informed by my creative arts lens and the shamanic and spiritual perspectives of my training.
