Hello, I’m David, an integrative therapist offering LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy in London. You might be feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or tired of carrying things alone. You may be dealing with shame, identity questions, relationship struggles, or patterns that keep repeating. I offer practical, warm, straightforward therapy. We might explore your early experiences, current relationships, or what’s showing up right now. I work actively and collaboratively, at your pace, in a calm space where you don’t have to edit yourself or fear judgement.

I offer a free consultation so we can get to know each other, explore what's bringing you to therapy, and see if I'm a good fit for you. We can work in whatever way suits you best—either open-ended for as long as feels helpful, or we can agree on a set number of sessions upfront.

I offer a warm and non-judgemental space, and an active conversation about what's going on in your life.
