I'm approachable and clear about how I work and how I think I may be able to help you. My practice is trauma-informed, anti-racist, (non)Gender and LGBTQIA+ affirmative.

I’m an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for good practice. I attend regular clinical supervision and I'm committed to client confidentiality and continuing professional and personal development. I hold a Master's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy (UEL) and have completed a BACP accredited Diploma in Gestalt Counselling (The Gestalt Centre, London).

An initial sessions costs £60 and there is no obligation to continue. Each session is 50 minutes long. These are held on a weekly basis at a consistent date and time we agree on. On-going sessions are £80. I hold a couple of low-cost slots that I rotate every three months. Please, enquire about availability.
