I am an HCPC registered clinical psychologist and accredited dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) therapist with over 10 years' experience working with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds. I support those in our community who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, are stuck in patterns of self-criticism, or who are affected by anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or the impact of past or traumatic experiences.

Experience and approach:

I use evidence-based approaches and draw on different therapeutic models to tailor therapy to you. I have a particular interest in DBT and supporting those who may struggle with their emotions. Sessions are warm, collaborative, non-judgemental and validating. I am here to help you make sense of your difficulties so they feel more understandable, focusing on practical skills to help you manage life’s challenges and stresses, or a combination of both.
