Experience and approach:

I work integratively across different approaches depending on what is the best fit for you. However, my main approaches are Narrative Therapy, attachment-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Systemic.

I have experience working with trans and non-binary clients and with people exploring their gender. I have experience working with people involved with sex work, with chemsex, people living with HIV and sexual health difficulties. I take an affirmative stance to kink, sex work and different relationship structures including non-monogamy.
