About the Therapist
I would describe myself as an integrative therapist and tailor the work I do to my client's needs and preferences, drawing from all the tools I've learnt in 25+ years of working with adults with a very wide range of difficulties. We would be guided by the ways in which you like to work and communicate and work towards meeting your therapy goals. Â I take a flexible approach to how often we have sessions, to meet your needs and clinical sense.

I offer one-to-one therapy from my peaceful room in rural Norfolk either in-person or via video. After a period of getting to know you and understanding your difficulties we would devise an individual, psychological formulation led, treatment plan based on your preferences to help you reach your personal goals. My main therapeutic modalities are EMDR, CAT and ACT. Sessions are typically weekly for an hour (or 90 minutes for some EMDR sessions) but less frequent is also possible. If you are wondering about personal therapy I would be very happy to speak on the phone or have a brief video meeting to discuss your needs.
