I can't guarantee therapy will be easy, but my hope is that it will be rewarding and healing for you. I believe that looking into our past informs where we are in the here and now, and once we start to excavate why we think, feel and behave the way we do, we start to uncover what is truly ours. This, I believe, is the foundation for clarity, growth and compassion.
