About the Therapist
I offer trauma-Informed Couples Therapy, Sex Therapy and Intimacy Coaching Online (UK & Wordwide).
Modern relationships are complex. You may love each other deeply and still feel stuck in cycles of conflict, emotional distance, or sexual disconnection.
This is therapy that goes beyond communication strategies - into the deeper attachment patterns, nervous system responses, roots of intimacy challenges, and relational dynamics.
I am an experienced individual and Couples Therapist (MA, MBACP), with an Advanced Diploma in Relationship Psychotherapy (COSRT accredited), with a special interest in developmental & relational trauma, intimacy & relationships and embodied intimacy & sexuality. I work online with individuals, couples, and those in diverse relationship dynamics—including polyamory, open relationships. I bring strong professional ethics, deep integrity, and an ongoing commitment to personal and professional growth through continued training, supervision and self-inquiry. My approach is grounded, warm, and welcoming.

In my work with couples, I use evidence-based practices to help you identify and shift unhelpful communication patterns, while also exploring the deeper dynamics, beliefs, and relational habits that keep you stuck in cycles of conflict, hurt, and disconnection. Together, we move beyond reactivity — such as anger, frustration, or emotional withdrawal — toward secure intimacy, trust, and deeper sexual connection.
A Trauma-Informed & Attachment-Based Approach
My work is trauma-informed and rooted in somatic awareness. That means we pay attention not just to what you say, but to what happens in your nervous system when you feel criticised, rejected, unseen, or overwhelmed.
We explore:
-
Your attachment styles
-
How you pursue or withdraw in conflict
-
Protective patterns shaped by past experiences
-
The nervous system responses driving disconnection
Rather than simply managing conflict, we work with the deeper attachment needs underneath it, so change feels lasting and sustainable.
When Intimacy Feels Disconnected
Some couples understand their dynamics intellectually, yet still feel disconnected from their bodies, desire, or pleasure.
Perhaps intimacy feels:
-
Performative
-
Pressured
-
Shut down
-
Routine
-
Confusing
You may be:
-
A couple who has lost your spark
-
Struggling with sexual disconnection or mismatched desire
-
Curious about exploring BDSM or kink in a safe, conscious way
-
Wanting to deepen pleasure without losing emotional safety
Through embodied intimacy coaching, we gently reconnect you to desire, erotic energy, and authentic expression- at a pace that feels safe and consensual.
What We Strengthen Together
In our work, you will learn to:
-
Enhance sexual intelligence and communication
-
Express boundaries and desires clearly
-
Deepen pleasure and connection
-
Rebuild trust and emotional closeness
-
Bring more passion and aliveness into your relationship
As a sex-positive therapist, I affirm each person’s right to define their sexuality, self-expression, and relationship structure on their own terms.
I honour diversity in all its forms - cultural, relational, sexual, emotional, and neurodivergent — creating a space where all identities and relationship models are welcome.
Through practical tools, guided self-discovery, embodied awareness, and conscious communication, I help couples move from disconnection or routine into intentional, secure, and embodied intimacy.
