My therapy focuses on your unique path and goals. I weave together personal experience, neuroscience, and knowledge to give you the support you need in a safe and understanding space. My own journey with neurodiversity and dedication to LGBTQ+ affirmation helps me truly grasp the challenges and strengths within these communities. My trauma-informed approach means you'll feel secure to process feelings and live as your authentic self.

I've supported clients through issues of identity, suicidality, neurodiversity, and grief from cancer. My past as a paramedic also adds a unique ability to balance compassion with effective support when things are tough. I'm a creative and deeply curious therapist, genuinely interested in your story and our connection.

To make sure our sessions run smoothly and we can focus completely on your therapy, fees are paid before each appointment. This helps us keep things clear and ensures your time slot is secured.

Individual Psychotherapy

  • 50-minute session: £75
  • 100-minute session: £150 (These longer sessions are less common and arranged as needed.)
  • Block booking: A 10% discount is available if you book and pay for 10 sessions in advance.

Relationship Therapy

  • 90-minute session: £115
  • Longer sessions can be arranged if needed for the relationship, which we'll discuss as our work together develops.

Reduced Cost Sessions

  • A limited number of reduced-cost (from £35) spaces are available, calculated based on your ability to pay.
  • Currently, there are 3 lower-cost spaces available. Please ask if you'd like to discuss this.
