About the Therapist
Hi, I’m Jack. I’m a qualified psychotherapist with a background in psychology and neuroscience. I specialise in helping clients break free from patterns that don’t serve them such as porn addiction, tech overuse (Smartphones, social media, gaming), sex related issues, relationship issues, low self-esteem and low self-confidence, anxiety, anger, stress and Neurodiversity.
I’m especially interested in how modern life affects our identity, self-expression, and sense of agency. I’ve supported men and male-aligned clients navigating questions around masculinity, intimacy, identity and sexual behaviour without shame, stigma, or assumptions.
My approach is straightforward and integrative. That means I tailor our work to you, whether you need reflection, direction, accountability, or all three. I’ll meet you with honesty and warmth, and I won’t pathologize what makes you human. I believe the therapeutic space should be a place of freedom and understanding.
I respect and affirm the diversity of identity and experience. What matters most to me is offering therapy where you feel safe, seen, and supported so you can live more fully and more freely.

I believe therapy works best when it’s built on trust, empathy and a sense of safety. You may already have an idea of what kind of therapy feels right for you or you may not. Either way, I see you as the expert on yourself and I’ll always respect your preferences and pace.
As life changes, your needs in therapy might change too. Together, we can set goals and adjust the way we work to make sure therapy continues to support you in the ways that matter most.
