Experience and approach:

My practice has been shaped by years of working with marginalised communities, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent adults, asylum seekers and refugees, survivors of modern slavery, and those navigating mental health or substance use crises. This work has strengthened my ability to hold complexity and trauma with steadiness and care.

I work integratively, drawing from person-centred, gestalt, somatic and solution-focused approaches, adapting them to your evolving needs. I bring embodied awareness to sessions, informed by many years of dance and movement practice, inviting attention to sensation and felt experience as another pathway to insight.

I also offer hypnotherapy in a consent-led way to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and the softening of patterns that may feel stuck.

I hold awareness of the wider systems that shape our lives, including culture, power, and structural inequality. Therapy is not about fixing you, but about supporting connection, clarity, and self-trust.
