My name is John Ridley, and I am a gay psychotherapist working with adults in London and online throughout the UK. I offer a warm, affirming and non-judgemental space for people across the LGBTQIA+ community. Alongside supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships and identity, I have experience working with issues that can disproportionately affect our community, including HIV, stigma, minority stress, chemsex, sexual health concerns and the impact of discrimination. I understand the unique challenges many LGBTQIA+ people face and provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to your individual needs and experiences.
