About the Therapist
I’m a compassionate and affirming psychotherapist who works integratively, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and experiences. I have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQ+ clients, especially gay men, with issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, identity, and past experiences.
I provide a non-judgemental, supportive space for clients to explore themes of belonging, shame, internalised homophobia, and navigating intimacy. My work is informed by intersectionality, social justice, and an awareness of power dynamics, ensuring an inclusive and client-centred approach.
I’m committed to fostering self-awareness and growth, offering a collaborative therapeutic experience that honours each client’s journey.

I have experience working across a variety of settings, including private practice and community services. I’ve had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of clients, particularly those from the LGBTQ+ community. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate challenges related to self-esteem, identity, relationships, and mental health.
I work integratively, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best suit the needs of each client. My approach is collaborative and client-centred, with an emphasis on creating a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to foster healing and growth. I aim to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, increase self-awareness, and work through the complexities of life with compassion and care.
Through my work, I aim to empower clients to live more authentically and confidently, particularly in the context of LGBTQ+ life, where issues of belonging, shame, and identity are often at the forefront.
