I’m a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Internal Family Systems practitioner based in London, currently offering therapy online. With many years’ experience in the NHS working in mental health, sexual health and clinical research as both a therapist and registered nurse, I bring a grounded and practical understanding of a wide range of life challenges, whatever your stage of life.

As a researcher, I’ve contributed to psychedelic research at King’s College London, with work published in leading journals including The Lancet and The New England Journal of Medicine.
