About the Therapist
I am a MBACP-registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in North London Kentish Town NW5, offering both in-person and online sessions. I deeply respect diversity and have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, sexualities, and gender identities.
With extensive training in integrative psychotherapy, I assist clients in developing self-confidence, establishing a robust sense of self, and cultivating trust in both themselves and others. I work with individuals facing diverse challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress, relational conflicts, neurodiversity, identity exploration (including sexuality and gender), and finding belonging.Â
Therapy with me will be a collaborative process where we will work together, considering your physical, emotional, and social well-being. Through empathy, compassion, and understanding, I aim to create a non-judgmental space where you can feel safe enough to explore your feelings and make sense of your challenges. The goal is to help you gain insight, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth.
