About the Therapist
My approach is holistic and relationally informed meaning that therapy is collaborative between you and I, taking into consideration your physical, emotional and social wellbeing. Together, we will explore your struggles with empathy and compassion with a non-judgmental mindset, while ensuring we go at a comfortable pace that feels safe. We will make sense of your issues, encouraging you to self-reflect, gain confidence, control and to grow and make positive steps to heal and change.

Master's Degree (level 7) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Roehampton.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Counselling at the University of Roehampton.

I have been working with clients for over two years that have come to me with a range of issues including, anxiety, depression, family issues, identity issues; including sexuality and gender identity, addiction; including substances, sex and porn, loss, anger and self-esteem.
​My experience thus far has been in the charity sector, working in general counselling services and London Friend's LGBTQ+ counselling.
I have also worked in a drugs and alcohol setting for 4 years, which included Chemsex support, offering 1-2-1 support to those on their path of discovery and recovery.

Sessions are £70.
I offer lower cost concessionary rates for: low income, benefits, students. If you feel you qualify for a lower rate, please do get in contact and we can discuss this.
